Yeh kosha sharir mein pran shakti ke pravah ko sambhalta hai.

Soch, bhavna aur man ki tarangen yahan prabhavit hoti hain.

Yeh kosha buddhi, vivek aur samajhne ki shakti ka mool hai.
*Abhyas:* Swadhyaya (adhyayan), Atma-chintan, dharana aur dhyan.

Yeh sabse sukhmay aur suksma kosha hai, jo antarik shanti aur anand ka mool hai.
